Delta Air Lines Launches Reservations Video Chat

Delta Air Lines shares were up just over 1% ahead of the open on Tuesday after it unveiled a test program at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) that allows customers to video chat from the airport with a specialist in what it says is a first for U.S. airlines.

Five interactive digital screens with individual receivers are now featured at the redesigned Delta Sky Assist so customers can connect face-to-face with Delta specialists, the company said.
